Woodrow Wilson High School’s Echo Yearbook staff recently introduced student choice for staff member of the month. Every month, students can nominate different faculty members through a nomination post or directly messaging the BeckleyFlyingEagles Instagram account. A final count of four individuals will take place on the 15th of every month. Following the final selections, a Google form link will be published so that students may vote for their chosen staff member. Students are allowed to vote as many times as they wish and are encouraged to leave a positive message about their selected staff member. Adviser of the yearbook, Mrs. Ashley Smith shares her hopes for the new program, “I hope this program inspires greatness from within our staff, fosters gratitude among our students, and builds upon a positive culture here at Woodrow Wilson High School.” The first month of student voting resulted in over 2,000 submissions, declaring Mrs. Jerri Stack the winner. February’s ballot is now open for you to cast your nominations for Students’ Choice Staff of the Month. Please visit the official, “Beckleyflyingeagles” Instagram page to make your submissions and cast your final vote(s).
