Woodrow Wilson High School’s Color Guard Season is coming to a close as their last performance will be during the annual Christmas Parade, on Dec. 2. The group consists of 13 talented individuals and is led by Patty Joe Anderson. During performances, the group demonstrates choreography with flags, each movement retelling the story behind the song. Throughout the season, the Color Guard has had many accomplishments including second place in the WVMBI auxiliary section. Sad for the closing of the 2023 season the girls reflect on the multiple memorable moments of the year (performing on the sidelines, bus rides to and from, and competing side by side.)
