The Woodrow Wilson High School Male Soccer team beat Princeton 1-0 with the goal scored by senior, Ishmael Fayiah in the sectional final on Oct. 19. As a result, they will be attending regionals against George Washington on Oct 26, at 8:00 p.m. The opportunity to attend this meet serves as a great honor to the team. The last time they achieved this accomplishment was during the course of the 2021-2022 year. They are looking forward to playing against such a high-ranked team as George Washington and are hoping to win the regional finals. If the team does win they will earn a spot in the state competition.
